Works in Progress

The City of Mount Gambier outdoor staff will be working in the following areas in the coming weeks:
  • Chute Street - Service locations for road construction
  • Frew Park - Footpath Construction
  • Truman Street - Road construction
  • Various - Drainage maintenance and pipe cleaning
  • Generations in Jazz - Set up deliveries
  • Various Road Sides - Tree pruning – Parks and Gardens

Works being undertaken by other parties:

  • Various locations - footpath - underground installation of fibre optic cable - Enerven on behalf of NBN
  • Shepherdson Road - Road reconstruction – Gambier Earth Movers
2025 Road Resealing Program

Council advises that Gambier Earth Movers will be undertaking the road resealing program in coming weeks with works commencing Monday 10 February 2025. Further notification will be provided to affected residents by Gambier Earth Movers prior to the commencement of each road.

The public is requested to exercise care and patience during the works and to ensure that children and pets are kept well clear of machinery.
