Council seeks funds for Sport and Rec Centre

The City of Mount Gambier has accepted a petition signed by more than 10,000 community members in favour of the proposed Mount Gambier Regional Sport and Recreation Centre at a Special Council meeting on Tuesday 24 April 2018. Rotary provides assistance to disadvantaged juniors

The Rotary Club of Mount Gambier Lakes has donated more than $2000 to the Junior Sports Assistance Fund to assist financially disadvantaged junior sports people with the costs associated with participating in their chosen sport​. The donation is part of the proceeds from the the club's annual OneFortyOne Blue Lake Fun Run.​ Read full article
