In Home Hospice Care information Session
In Home Hospice Care offering a free information and morning tea!
To enable sharing and exchanging of information about the free compassionate support services provided by In Home Hospice Care.
This includes hearing from our volunteers about their experiences; finding out about Advance Care Planning and why it is important to have the discussions about your future healthcare; what IHHCare can do to help ill person and their carers and families; and about our Grief and Loss counseling service.
You can also learn how to do a gentle hand massage and get an understanding of the role of a ' Death Doula'
Free morning tea (refreshments and cake) is available.
The event starts at 10.00am with speakers talking between 10:30am and 11:30am. Feel free to ask questions and have a chat before and after the talks.
A ' Cheque ' presentation from Masonic Charities will be held just after the final speaker.
