The Mount Gambier Christmas Parade is celebrating 65 years!
Join the celebration of 65 years of the iconic Mount Gambier Christmas Parade!
This festive event will show case colourful floats and mark the beginning of the Christmas season.
The parade will take place along Commercial Street, starting from Crouch Street South and Commercial Street East, and finishing at Wehl Street and Commercial Street West.
If you're interested in participating, you can enter a float by downloading the entry form from Councils website https://www.mountgambier.sa.gov.au/discover/events-calendar/christmas-parade or collect a printed copy from the Mount Gambier Visitor Centre, Mount Gambier Library, Civic Centre or The Riddoch Arts and Cultural Centre.
Entries are now open and will close Wednesday 16 October 2024 at 5:00pm.
Cash prizes will be awarded in various categories for participants.

Following the parade the Rotary Club of Mount Gambier West will host ‘Party in the Park’, at Cave Garden /Thugi, featuring a variety of activities for people of all ages.
