The City of Mount Gambier has a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of good governance. 

Council’s governance functions embody a range of legislative compliance obligations, and include Council’s decision making and delegation structures, Council policies and by-laws, and Elected Member and civic administration.

Council’s Strategic Management Plans, Annual Report and Budget, as well as procurement, risk management and property management are also related to governance.

In meeting it’s accountability and transparency obligations Council provides public access to a wide range of documents which are published throughout this website.
